Helen-Kitchen.jpg

Helen Kitchen BSc (Hons) MRCPod

Podiatrist

Originally from Blackpool, Helen started her career as a dental nurse and worked in that field of healthcare for 15 years in both NHS and private practice before moving into Podiatry.

Soon after achieving a diploma in Dental Radiography in 2011, Helen decided to further her career and studied to achieve her degree in Podiatry, which she did in 2016 after many years of dedication and hard work. She then commenced working within the NHS and this gave her the opportunity to experience a diverse range of conditions ranging from basic foot and nail health to more complex conditions, including diabetic foot wounds and toenail surgery. Helen joined the team in 2017.

In her leisure time, Helen enjoys walking and she has climbed to the summits of Ben Nevis and Mount Snowden. She also enjoys cooking, crafting and all things arty. Travel is another passion and her preference is to be in sunny climes!
